DAMAC properties certainly look striking and the lobby and amenities are genuinely impressive. That said, some of the finishing in my unit felt rushed and a few fittings needed replacing soon after move-in. It is a real mix of luxury presentation and inconsistent execution.

DAMAC offered a more attainable entry into luxury Dubai property than I expected and the apartment is lovely. The amenities are well kept and the location is convenient. The only minor issue has been the occasional slow response from property management on maintenance requests.
I purchased an off-plan apartment from DAMAC and the completion date slipped badly, more than a year past what was in my contract. Getting clear answers from their team was a struggle and my financial planning was thrown off. The marketing promised luxury but the experience felt anything but premium.
We moved into our DAMAC villa last quarter and the experience has been superb. The community is beautifully maintained, the interiors feel genuinely high-end, and the handover process was organised. For Dubai luxury living this has been an excellent investment.

Overall I am pleased with my DAMAC apartment which has a stunning view and solid build quality. My only gripe is that construction updates during the off-plan period were infrequent and I often had to chase them. Once handed over though, everything has been great.
