Reserved a 55-inch TV online and it was ready at my local Currys within an hour. The chap at the desk helped me load it into the car and talked me through the warranty without any hard sell. Picture quality is stunning and the whole process was painless.
Quick click and collect, no pushy upselling
Bought a dishwasher with one of their care plans and later tried to cancel the plan. It took three phone calls and a lot of holding before anyone could actually process it. The appliance is fine but the after-sales admin around the protection plan was genuinely frustrating.

Picked up a laptop for my daughter's college course and the spec advice was spot on for the money. Only gripe was the queue at the checkout took a good fifteen minutes on a Saturday. Otherwise happy with the product and the price match they honoured.

Ordered a washer-dryer from Currys and the delivery crew turned up within the two-hour slot, unboxed it, fitted it and took the old one away. The price was the lowest I found anywhere and the staff member in store actually knew the difference between the models. Couldn't fault a single thing.

The fridge itself is great and was competitively priced, but the delivery was rescheduled twice with very little notice, which meant taking extra time off work. When it finally arrived the team were polite and efficient. Decent products, but the logistics let them down.
