Cox has kept my home connected reliably for streaming and video calls, and the Panoramic WiFi app is genuinely useful for managing devices. The reason it's not five stars is the billing, which had an error I needed to call about twice to fix.
Reliable connection and useful WiFi app
Billing error took two calls
When my Cox connection dropped, the technician not only fixed the line but rewired a messy junction the previous owner left behind, at no extra charge. Speeds have been flawless since and the app makes managing everything easy. Outstanding service all round.
Excellent technician and flawless speeds
Cox broadband has been steady and fast for our daily needs, and the self-install was reasonably straightforward. Support was helpful when I had an activation question. The only thing keeping it from full marks is that the introductory rate climbed after the first year.
Steady, fast everyday service
Rate increased after year one
Cox gigabit has transformed how our busy household runs, four people streaming and gaming with zero slowdown. The Panoramic WiFi pods filled in every dead spot and the app lets me pause the kids' devices at bedtime. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade.
Strong gigabit and great whole-home coverage
The Cox internet speed itself is fine, but I hit the monthly data cap and got hit with overage charges I didn't expect from streaming and home working. The cap feels outdated for a household like mine and unlimited costs extra. Disappointed by the surprise fees.
Decent base speeds
