The core product is fine; the service around it is where I am genuinely torn about renewing.

Procurement can self-serve standard agreements while legal keeps oversight, which has cut our turnaround dramatically. Reporting on obligations and renewals is exactly what our GC wanted.

After a bumpy start, ContractPodAi has become a reliable home for our legal and procurement contracts. The repository is searchable, the approval workflows enforce the right sign-offs, and renewal alerts have stopped agreements lapsing. I would have given five stars if the initial setup had not needed so much hand-holding.
