Compass Group handles our food and facilities support and the on-the-ground delivery is acceptable. Where I'd like more is the management reporting, which feels light on detail for a contract this size. Genuinely middle of the road for us so far.

The food Compass Group provides at our staff canteen is genuinely good and reasonably priced. The problem is the service speed varies wildly, with long queues on busy days and short staffing at peak. When it works it's great, when it doesn't it's frustrating.

Our office canteen run by Compass Group is dependable and the staff are lovely. Food is consistently warm and freshly made, which I appreciate. The only thing I'd change is rotating the vegetarian options more often, as they repeat a bit. Otherwise very happy.

When Compass Group took over food services at our site the quality noticeably declined compared to what was promised in the tender. Hot meals were often lukewarm and the variety shrank. Several colleagues have started bringing lunch from home instead.
Food quality below expectations
Compass Group catered a three-day conference for us and absolutely nailed it. The buffets were fresh and beautifully presented, dietary requests were handled flawlessly, and the service staff were professional throughout. Multiple attendees asked who did the catering.
