Delivered my first baby at Cloudnine and the obstetrician and nursing team were wonderfully supportive through a long labour. The rooms felt more like a hotel than a hospital. The only thing that stung was how the optional packages added up well beyond the base quote.

From the birthing classes to the delivery and the NICU support for our premature baby, Cloudnine was exceptional. The neonatologists were brilliant and the nurses treated us like family during a frightening time. Our little one came home healthy and we owe them so much.

I've been doing my routine gynaecology checkups at Cloudnine and the consultants are thorough and never rush. The facilities are clean and modern and appointments mostly run on time. The only real headache is parking, which is a nightmare during busy hours.

Our delivery package at Cloudnine was supposed to be all-inclusive, but we were hit with a string of extra charges at checkout that nobody had mentioned. Disputing them took days of phone calls and emails. Such a stressful end to what should have been a joyful time.
