Absolutely thrilled with my Basalt from Citroen India. The styling turns heads in the parking lot, the diesel is punchy on highways, and that signature Citroen ride comfort makes long drives effortless. The sales team was transparent about pricing with no hidden charges. Couldn't be happier.
Stunning design, comfy highway cruiser, honest sales
The C3 Aircross drives well and looks distinctive on the road, which is exactly why I picked Citroen India. But the service centre network is still thin in my city, so I had to drive quite far for the first scheduled service. Torn between loving the car and worrying about long-term upkeep.

Citroen India priced the C3 aggressively and the customisation options were a nice touch. Mileage on the petrol is reasonable for daily commuting and the boot is practical for a small family. Wish the rear seat had a bit more under-thigh support, but otherwise content.

Bought the Citroen C3 from Citroen India and the ride quality over Indian potholes is honestly the best in its segment. The cabin feels airy and the build is solid for the price. Only minor gripe is that the touchscreen could be a bit more responsive.

My Citroen C3 had a minor accident and getting a replacement bumper through Citroen India took almost three weeks. The car sat at the workshop while I paid for a rental. For a brand trying to grow in India, the parts supply chain really needs fixing.
