Our apartment was handed over on schedule, the finishing is premium, and the amenities from the gym to the landscaped gardens are exactly as shown in the brochure. The sales team was honest throughout and there were no hidden charges. Couldn't be happier with our home.

Our Casagrand flat is well laid out and the layout makes great use of space. At handover, though, we noted a couple of finishing issues like uneven paint and a leaky tap that took follow-up to resolve. The build quality is largely good, just wish the final inspection had been tighter.

For the price point, our Casagrand apartment offers great value in a well-planned community. The construction quality is reassuring. The customer service for small post-handover requests was a little slow to respond, but they did eventually fix the issues. We are content with our purchase overall.

We moved into our Casagrand villa and are genuinely pleased with the construction and the gated community feel. The clubhouse and a couple of amenities were still being completed when we shifted in, which was a slight inconvenience. Aside from that, it has been a comfortable and well-built home.

We booked a Casagrand apartment partly because of the committed possession timeline, but it slipped by several months with limited proactive updates from their side. Paying rent while waiting was stressful. The home itself is decent, but the delay and the patchy communication around it left us disappointed.
