As a consultant I live in Calendly. The buffer times, round-robin routing, and automatic time zone detection mean I never double book or accidentally schedule a call at midnight for someone overseas. The reminder emails have cut my no-show rate dramatically. Worth every rupee.
Smart routing, fewer no-shows
Calendly has saved me countless hours of trying to find meeting times across time zones with clients. The booking page is clean and the calendar sync with my work calendar is reliable. My only small complaint is that customizing the look of the booking page on the lower tier is quite limited.
Kills scheduling email chains
Limited branding on cheaper plans
Calendly works fine and the scheduling automation is convenient, but I keep questioning whether it justifies the per-seat cost for a small team. The core feature of sharing a booking link is genuinely useful, yet a lot of the better features sit behind higher tiers. Genuinely torn on renewing.
Convenient booking links
Good features locked behind upgrades
Calendly does the core job of automated scheduling well and clients find the booking links intuitive. That said, the free plan only allows one event type, so I felt pushed toward upgrading sooner than I wanted. It is a good product, I am just on the fence about the value at the paid tier.
Intuitive for clients
Free plan is quite limited
We rolled Calendly out across our sales team and onboarding was effortless. The integrations with our video conferencing and CRM mean a booked meeting automatically creates a calendar invite with the link attached. It has genuinely made our team look more professional to prospects.
Great integrations, professional booking flow
