Our experience with BrightView depends heavily on the crew assigned that week. Some leave the property looking pristine, others rush through and miss edging or leave clippings behind. Wish the standard was more consistent across the board.

The routine maintenance from BrightView is solid and the lawns always look sharp after their visits. When we request additional work like tree trimming or a new bed, though, the quotes and scheduling take a while. Mixed, but the core service is reliable.

BrightView redesigned and now maintains the grounds at our office park and the results are stunning. The seasonal plantings always look fresh, the irrigation is dialed in, and the crews are professional and tidy. Tenants have commented on how much better the property looks.
Beautiful design, professional crews, great upkeep
BrightView was contracted to maintain the landscaping at our commercial complex but several scheduled visits were skipped without explanation. The grass got overgrown and the flower beds were full of weeds before anyone showed up. Not what we signed up for at this price.

BrightView keeps our corporate campus looking great year-round and the maintenance schedule is dependable. The crews are courteous and clean up well. My only minor complaint is that the monthly invoices are sometimes hard to reconcile against the work performed.
