When Bidvest first took over our facilities contract the cleaning and upkeep were excellent. Over time though the standards dropped and common areas weren't being serviced as agreed. Raised it with the account manager but the improvement was short-lived.

Preventative maintenance is scheduled properly, the help desk actually responds, and their reporting gives us real visibility into costs. A genuinely professional integrated services partner.

We've used Bidvest Facilities Management across two sites and the pricing is competitive for integrated services. The issue is that staffing on the ground fluctuates, so some weeks the site runs smoothly and others feel understaffed. Hard to give a firm thumbs up or down.
