We adopted BetterPlace mainly for background checks and bulk hiring of delivery staff and it has been reliable on both. Verification turnaround is genuinely fast. The worker-facing app occasionally lags during attendance marking, which is the one thing I'd like fixed.

We were charged for several workers who had already left the platform and despite raising tickets repeatedly the billing was never corrected. Getting a human from support to actually resolve it felt impossible, and the discrepancy dragged on for weeks. For a workforce management tool, this kind of billing error is unacceptable.

BetterPlace promised quick background verification but for a batch of our hires the checks were stuck pending for over a week. That delay pushed back our store opening and the support team was slow to explain why. The platform has potential but reliability let us down this time.
