My BenQ monitor simply refused to turn on a few months in, with no warning at all. The warranty claim has dragged on with the unit sitting at a service centre and little communication from support. Hugely frustrating to lose my main display and get this little help.
Premature power failure, slow warranty handling
The BenQ projector throws a bright sharp image and colours look great for movie nights, which I really appreciate. The downside is the fan is louder than I expected and you can hear it during quiet scenes. Solid picture, but the noise keeps me from fully loving it.

Noticeable fan noise
The BenQ monitor performs fine for daytime work but in dark scenes there's clear backlight bleed along the bottom edge that I can't unsee. For a display marketed at creators, that uniformity issue is a real letdown. Functional but not what I hoped for at this price.

My BenQ monitor with the eye-care tech has genuinely reduced the strain during my long coding days, and the brightness intelligence that adapts to the room is brilliant. Colour accuracy is excellent and the build is rock solid. A fantastic display I'd buy again in a heartbeat.
Superb eye comfort, accurate colours, solid build
My BenQ projector was lovely at first but the lamp failed well before the rated hours and replacements are expensive. For a brand that markets itself on quality, the longevity here just isn't acceptable. I expected far more given what I paid.
