Switched our home internet and two mobile lines to Bell last year and overall it has been a good move. The 5G speeds in the city are excellent and streaming never buffers. Installation day ran a bit late, but the tech who came was professional and got everything working.
Excellent 5G speeds
Installation window ran late
Bell's fibre internet at my place in Ottawa is genuinely fast and rarely drops, which I appreciate for working from home. The frustrating part is the monthly bill creeping up after the promo period ended without much of a heads up. Coverage and speed are great, the pricing transparency is not.
Fast, stable fibre connection
Bill increases after promo with little warning
I travel between Toronto and rural Quebec a lot and Bell's mobile signal holds up where other carriers drop off completely. Plans aren't the cheapest but the reliability is worth it to me. Only gripe is that the customer service wait times can be long when you actually need a human.
Strong rural and city coverage
Long phone wait times
Bell's fibre has been flawless since the day it was installed. I run video calls all day and game in the evening with zero lag or dropouts. The app makes it easy to check usage and the one time I called support, they fixed a router issue in under ten minutes. Genuinely impressed.
Rock-solid fibre and quick support
We bundled mobile, home internet, and TV with Bell and everything just works. The signal is consistent even in the basement, the data speeds are fantastic, and the bundled price actually saved us money. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting one provider for everything.
Great bundle value and consistent signal
