The telemedicine side of Babylon Health is genuinely convenient and the doctors I have seen were professional. The AI symptom checker, though, is a mixed bag β sometimes helpful, other times it suggested I see someone urgently for what turned out to be nothing. Useful overall, but I take the AI advice with a pinch of salt.

Babylon Health let me speak to a GP within an hour on a Sunday when I would otherwise have waited days. The video consultation was smooth and the doctor sent a prescription straight to my pharmacy. For minor issues this has saved me so much time and worry.
Being able to get a teleconsultation through Babylon when my child had a mild fever was a lifesaver. The doctor was reassuring and thorough over video. My only small gripe is that the app occasionally logged me out mid-session and I had to rejoin, but the care itself was excellent.
Babylon Health is great for quick, straightforward issues and the app is well designed. The flip side is that you rarely see the same doctor twice, so anything ongoing means re-explaining your history each time. For one-off problems it is excellent, for continuity of care less so.

I have had several good consultations through Babylon and the prescription delivery is a real bonus. My only minor complaint is that during busy evenings the wait for an appointment slot can stretch longer than advertised. When you do get through, the care is solid.
