Ashby's combination of ATS, analytics, and scheduling in one tool is genuinely impressive and the hiring reports are the best I have seen. The trade-off is that getting it configured to our process took real effort up front. Mixed for me because the payoff is there but the start is demanding.

We hit a frustrating problem where interview feedback failed to save during a calendar sync glitch in Ashby and a panel's notes vanished. Recreating that input wasted the team's time at a critical hiring moment. For a platform that prides itself on data integrity this should not happen.
Ashby gives our recruiting team analytics that actually answer leadership's questions, plus scheduling that removes the back-and-forth with candidates. Everything lives in one place so we stopped juggling tools. It has made our hiring process measurably more efficient and I cannot recommend it enough.

I really like what Ashby does, but when we evaluated it the pricing was a stretch for our small recruiting function. The feature depth is clearly aimed at well-resourced talent teams. Disappointing to walk away from a capable tool purely on cost.
