Refilling my parents' regular prescriptions on the Apollo Pharmacy app is genuinely easy and the reminders help. Hard-to-find chronic medication is usually in stock when smaller pharmacies don't have it. My only minor gripe is that the delivery charge kicks in on smaller orders.

I ordered a specific brand from Apollo Pharmacy and they substituted a different manufacturer's version without calling to confirm. For a regular cardiac medication, swapping brands without consent is not okay. The product may be equivalent, but I should have been asked first.
