Allegro covers the vast majority of my online shopping and rarely lets me down. The parcel locker network is brilliant for collecting orders on my own schedule, and prices are competitive. My only minor frustration is that delivery cost varies a lot between sellers when you don't have Smart active.

I ordered some electronics on Allegro in the morning with Smart and they were in my local parcel locker by evening. The item was genuine, well priced, and exactly as listed. When I had a question the seller replied within minutes through the chat. Easily the best marketplace experience in Poland.

Same-day locker delivery, genuine goods, responsive sellers
Allegro offers an enormous range and the Smart subscription makes delivery effortless. Most of my purchases have been excellent. My one gripe is that since many sellers are third parties, you do need to check ratings carefully because service quality varies from one shop to the next.

I bought a supposedly new gadget on Allegro that arrived clearly used with scuffs on the casing. Opening a dispute through buyer protection eventually worked, but it took back-and-forth messaging and a wait before I got my refund. Frustrating when the listing plainly said new.

Allegro is where I shop for almost everything in Poland. The Allegro Smart subscription gives me free fast delivery to parcel lockers, and the buyer protection has my back on every purchase. Huge selection and competitive prices. My only minor gripe is the occasional flood of sponsored listings in search results.
