Great maternity coverage, supportive nurse line
Aetna's medical coverage has been solid and the integration with CVS for prescriptions makes refills painless. My in-network providers are all close by. I just wish the explanation of benefits statements were written in plainer language because they confuse me every time.

Enrolling with Aetna was simple and every claim since has been processed cleanly with no surprises. Their app shows my deductible and claim status in real time, which I love. When I called about a coverage question the rep was friendly and resolved it on the first try.
