AdRoll has been a dependable retargeting partner for our DTC line and the email plus display combo works nicely together. Campaign creation is quick. I just wish the analytics let me slice performance by audience segment more granularly without exporting everything.

The setup wizard walked us through the pixel and audiences, and we saw returning shoppers within the first two weeks. The dynamic ads pull our product images automatically, which saves a ton of creative work.
AdRoll was a solid entry point for retargeting our store visitors, and early results were encouraging. As our budget grew, though, I felt the targeting options were a bit limited compared to dedicated DSPs. It's a genuinely mixed pick depending on where your brand is in its journey.

Our display campaigns through AdRoll consistently bring back window-shoppers, and the cross-device tracking is decent. Support has been helpful when we had billing questions. The interface looks a bit dated next to newer tools but it gets the job done.
