AdPushup did modestly raise our publisher revenue through better demand competition, which we appreciate. The problem is that response times from support swing wildly depending on who you get. When it works it's good, but the experience is uneven enough that I can't fully recommend it.

When we decided AdPushup wasn't the right fit, removing their code and untangling the header bidding wrapper from our site was a frustrating, drawn-out process. Support was slow to provide clean migration steps. The lock-in feeling left a bad taste after months of working together.
Once AdPushup's header bidding setup was live, our CPMs improved by a respectable margin across desktop. The dashboard makes it easy to see which demand partners are winning auctions. The integration did require a fair bit of back-and-forth with their engineers before it ran cleanly.
After moving our header bidding to AdPushup our overall ad revenue actually fell for two consecutive months. Every time we asked why, we got reassurances that it would recover rather than concrete data. For a yield-optimization product, watching yield go down was the opposite of what we paid for.
AdPushup's automated ad layout optimization sounded great, but the extra scripts noticeably hurt our page load times and Core Web Vitals. We had to roll back some of the placements to keep our site fast. The revenue gain wasn't worth the speed penalty for us.
