My car insurance renewal with Admiral came in nearly forty percent higher despite no claims and a clean licence. When I called, the only fix offered was to start a new quote as if I were a stranger. Loyalty clearly counts for nothing here.

Someone went into the back of my car and Admiral handled the whole claim superbly, arranging the courtesy car and repairs within days. The claims handler kept me updated the entire time. After dreading the process, I was genuinely impressed.
