1Password keeps my entire family's credentials organised and the autofill works seamlessly across my phone, laptop and browser. I love the Watchtower feature flagging weak or breached passwords, and setting up shared vaults for the household was effortless. Genuinely makes security feel easy rather than a chore.

I rely on 1Password for every login, so when the browser extension stopped autofilling and kept asking me to re-unlock the vault repeatedly, I was effectively locked out of my accounts for an afternoon. Support eventually pointed to an extension update, but for a tool this critical that kind of disruption is hard to forgive.
I had a perfectly good standalone licence and being forced onto a recurring subscription with no buy-once option soured me on 1Password completely. Paying every month just to access passwords I already created feels wrong, and migrating my vault elsewhere was a real headache. Disappointed in the direction they took.

Extension failure left me unable to access logins
Subscription-only model, painful to leave
After a scare with reused passwords I moved my whole family to 1Password and it has been brilliant. Each person gets their own vault, we share logins for streaming services safely, and the apps just work on every device. The Watchtower breach alerts have already prompted us to fix a couple of risky passwords.

1Password's travel mode, which hides sensitive vaults when crossing borders, is a feature I didn't know I needed until I used it. Beyond that, the autofill is flawless and the secret key plus master password setup makes me genuinely confident in the encryption. Worth every penny for the security it delivers.
